2011 Norton Commando 961 Cafe Racer

The British motorcycle manufacturer has released 2011 Norton Commando 961 Cafe Racer, which really began life at this year’s Thundersprint. 1966 marks the beginning of the development of the Commando model which was actually released one year later.

The 2011 Norton Commando 961 Cafe Racer powered bv a 961cc pushrod parallel twin engine with push-rod valve actuation, dry sump, 3 bearing crank and balancer shaft (Power: 80hp/6500rpm and Torque: 90Nm/5200rpm). New engine developed by Norton and F1 engine builders, MCT of Oxfordshire, England.

The 2011 Norton Commando 961 Cafe Racer equipped with Öhlins suspension, a top of the line Brembo braking system, a conventional 961 exhaust system and front wheel: 36 spoke 3.50 x 17” Black Rim, Rear wheel: 40 spoke 5.0 x 17” Black Rim, front tyre: 120/70 x 17” and Rear tyre: 180/55 x 17”.
