BRD RedShift Electric Motocross Prototype
The BRD RedShift Electric Motocross Prototype come with a weight of just 250 lbs and 5.2 kWh of battery pack on-board, BRD is estimating about a 50 mile range, based off other manufacturers’ claims. The battery can produce 40 horsepower and when combined with its svelte frame.
“We don’t want to sell vehicles based on guilt,” said Jeff Sand, Chief Design Officer. “We want to build vehicles that are the most desirable in their category even for enthusiasts. We’re committed to developing this bike until it can take on gas motocrossers on their home turf”“We just want to make faster motorcycles,” said CEO Marc Fenigstein in the company’s press statement. “We’re a team of riders and racers with high-performance gas machines in the garage. We’re building the bikes we’d rather be riding.”
