2012 Aprilia Tuono V4R

Aprilia has announced it will launch Aprilia Tuono V4R in USA, which will arrive at dealers in March 2012. The possibility that prices will be in pairs for the US market of about $ 14,999 and will compete with the Ducati Streetfighter. The 2012 Aprilia Tuono V4 R is basically a de-tuned Aprilia RSV4 R superbike without its fairings.
The 2012 Aprilia Tuono V4R is powered by a 999CC Liquid-Cooled V-four, 16 Valve DOHC engine mated with a six-speed transmission that develops 167.3 hp (123 kW) at 11,500 rpm and 111.5 Nm at 9,500 rpm. The 2012 Aprilia Tuono V4R features 4.49 Gal(17lit) fuel tank, radial Brembo monobloc calipers mated to 320mm discs up front. Suspension is done by Sachs, with 43mm titanium nitride (TiN) forks and a four-way adjustable (compression, rebound, pre-load, and ride height) rear shock with piggyback reservoir. The 2012 Aprilia Tuono V4R will be available in Competition Black and Sunlit Yellow Colors.
